Almira Hotel Thermal Spa & Convention Center - Bursa

Really good spa services were rejuvenating.

The staff at breakfast were unhelpful and often indifferent. I felt ignored as they preferred chatting amongst themselves instead of assisting guests. The noise from events at the hotel kept me awake late into the night. The management needs to improve sound isolation or at least warn guests about the disturbances.

Breakfast was delicious and very very good, I loved almost everything.

By and large, it was comfortable base for sightseeing in Bursa, had much fun and met cooperative staff from receptionist to the cook. The room was good-sized, with a private safe, a kettle, and a minibar

Marvellous and magnificent location, a short walk from Tuna Camii. Walking distance to a local market and local markets across the street. Big room with a safe box, a minibar, and an iron, and lovely view at the park from it...

The spa was a highlight, offering various pools and treatments. We also loved the really good breakfast spread with a live chef making fresh omelets. The location was convenient for exploring local parks and culture.

In my kids' opinion, the kids' pool could use some supervision to ensure safety.

the room was big size with nice view and the bathroom had a big step up to the bathtub, for example, had a good night's sleep. location: the hotel was really close to staff smiling, the mall and other local markets and the park in the morning.

It had unpleasant views.

when i checked in, the safety box was already locked. i called the reception 3 times and they kept saying "we will send someone to fix it". the last time i called, i said i want to speak with the duty manager, and they immediately send someone who opened it for me !!

The almira hotel thermal spa & convention center was a great spot with lovely amenities. The indoor pool was a highlight for me, and the gym was well-equipped. The staff was professional and friendly. Special shoutout to the spa services, they really pampered me!

Staff was attentive. I particularly loved the spa services, but the noise from the nearby street was a bit disruptive at night.

The rooms are clean and big, the staff are very nice. I also liked the swimming pool and Hammam.

Internet service is sometimes excellent and sometimes very poor.

Nice room, its seems it was renovated recently.

The staffs were not very helpful. There are many tourist agent representatives at the reception bothering the visitors. The breakfast buffet is very poor

the hotel breakfast restaurant is good and the hotel location is good near by most of the down town .

but most of the staff don't know English so it was difficult to communicate.

The kids enjoyed the playground and games room. Not enough accessibility features for elderly guests. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good spa facilities.

Decor and standards of the fixtures and fittings

The Kids Club was more of a Kids dump, broken toys and toys were not clean for other children to use. There was no supervision. The indoorr swimming pool was not clean. The roof top kinds pool was a stagnant body of water not being recirculated for cleaner water.

Friendly staff made us feel welcomed.

Accessibility features for elderly guests are lacking.

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of fresh options, and the spa treatments exceeded my expectations. I ordered room service, and it arrived super fast!
